Darn Tough Vermont Appoints Mark Yardley Vice President of Sales

Darn Tough Vermont, the American manufacturer of the fastest growing collection of performance outdoor and lifestyle socks, is excited to announce Mark Yardley has joined the brand as Vice President of Sales. Yardley joins Darn Tough from W.L Gore & Associates where he was tasked with strategic business development for 15 years.

“As we commit to continuing substantial growth in our current channels and categories, Darn Tough is also looking to the future and where the brand will go next,” states Ric Cabot, Darn Tough Vermont President and CEO. “When Mark approached us about the new position within the senior management team, we saw the pieces all come together. In his new role Yardley will be responsible for all aspects of the sales organization from planning, monitoring and reporting, to recruiting, training and managing. In addition to maintaining and growing key customer relationships, Yardley will be developing strategy to expand Darn Tough’s market share within both domestic and international markets.
