August 1, 2016

Product launch to benefit American Climber Science Program at Outdoor Retailer (Booth #BR339)

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK (August 1, 2016) – Voltaic Systems, the designers of the original solar backpack, will debut the newest edition to their solar charger lineup, the Arc 10W, during Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2016 (#BR339) in Salt Lake City from Aug. 3-6. The innovative Arc 10W folding solar charger offers outdoor enthusiasts a waterproof power option for every adventure.

Rugged Design

The Arc 10W offers the convenience and packability of a traditional folding solar panel with the durability and waterproofness of a Voltaic rigid panel. Coated with ETFE, the Arc 10W is designed to last twice as long in the field than standard PET coated folding panels.

Efficient and Powerful

The Arc 10W boasts 10 Watts of monocrystalline, high-efficiency SunPower™ solar cells to provide faster charging through better light absorption and lower electrical loss.

Intelligent Charging

An integrated USB port with an intelligent circuit allows users to smoothly charge devices direct from the Arc 10W in a range of conditions, from bright sun to mixed clouds and overcast skies.

As part of the launch, Voltaic will be offering exclusive show pricing (limited quantity available) on the Arc 10W with a percentage of the proceeds going to support the American Climber Science Program.
