Equity LifeStyle Properties Reports First Quarter Results

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., operator of manufactured home communities, RV resorts and campgrounds in North America, announced results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the quarter ended March 31, 2021, total revenues increased $15.5 million, or 5.5 percent, to $296.0 million compared to $280.5 million for the same period in 2020. For the quarter ended March 31, 2021, net income decreased $1.7 million, or $0.01, to $65.2 million, or $0.36, compared to $66.9 million, or $0.37 for the same period in 2020.
