New Quailridge Premier and America’s Park Cabin models bring bold design, indoor-outdoor entertaining and new opportunities for dealers at Forest River’s Expo

ELKHART, Ind. (September 28, 2026) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ — Forest River Park Models, a division of Forest River Inc., is introducing two all-new floorplans for 2027 that bring a fresh perspective to the park model market. Debuting at Forest River’s Expo, the Quailridge Premier 355FL-L-SS and America’s Park Cabin 20FP-LT-BAR showcase two distinct approaches to modern park model design, giving dealers new products built to capture attention and appeal to today’s outdoor-focused buyers.

Featuring a Forest River park model with an industry–first loft designed under a single-slope roof, and a cabin designed around an indoor-outdoor bar and expansive porch, these new models bring standout features that are easy to see, experience and sell.

Quailridge Premier 355FL-L-SS

The all-new 355FL-L-SS marks a significant new design direction for Quailridge Premier and introduces a Forest River park model with an industry–first loft designed under a single-slope roofline.

The exterior combines a dark, modern aesthetic with a metal roof, creating a contemporary profile that stands apart from traditional park model designs. Inside, upgraded finishes and a carefully planned layout continue the modern approach.

The living room features a sectional sofa, a 55-inch smart TV, and a custom stone fireplace.

The spacious kitchen features ample counter space, overhead cabinetry, a pantry and refrigerator, with a dedicated dining area positioned nearby. The main bedroom includes an adjustable queen bed with a cooling-gel mattress and generous overhead storage, while the bathroom features a shower-only configuration and dedicated medicine cabinet.

Washer/dryer prep adds another practical feature for extended stays.

Above the main floor, a large carpeted loft (first of its kind in a single-slope roof design) provides additional flexible space while making smart use of the home’s vertical footprint. An 8-foot porch extends the entertaining space outdoors and creates another area to enjoy the surrounding setting.

With its slanted roofline, dark exterior, metal roof, upgraded interior and spacious loft, the 355FL-L-SS gives Quailridge Premier a distinctly contemporary presence and introduces a new visual direction for the brand. [Watch the video].

America’s Park Cabin 20FP-LT-BAR

The brand-new 20FP-LT-BAR introduces a fresh take on the America’s Park Cabin lineup, putting outdoor entertaining at the center of the design.

The centerpiece is a spacious 10-foot porch with a dedicated outdoor bar and seating, creating an inviting gathering space for meals, drinks and time spent outdoors. What sets the floorplan apart is the direct connection between the porch and kitchen. A large bar window opens the kitchen to the porch, creating an easy pass-through for food and drinks while keeping everyone connected.

Inside, a queen-sized Murphy bed provides sleeping space while allowing the main area to remain open and functional when the bed is stowed. 32″ x 74″ bunk beds add dedicated sleeping space for additional guests, making the compact floorplan highly versatile.

A unique TV/Entertainment cabinet with a versatile swing-out TV and ample storage space makes viewing the TV from anywhere indoors or on the porch possible.

The 20FP-LT-BAR is designed around a simple idea: make the porch part of the experience. With the indoor kitchen, swing-out TV, outdoor bar and large porch working together as one entertaining space, this new floorplan gives dealers a highly visual feature that can immediately differentiate it on the lot.
