The highly anticipated REVEAL 4.0 cameras launch marks a dramatic technological leap forward for the brand, which has deployed more than two million REVEAL cameras in operation by its rapidly growing customer base.

The all-new 4.0 product line includes the REVEAL Pro 4.0 Cellular Camera ($159.99 MSRP) and REVEAL X 4.0 Cellular Camera ($129.99 MSRP), which are both available now on the brand’s website and at official REVEAL retail partners. The REVEAL Pro 4.0 Solar Cellular Camera ($199.99 MSRP) will be available online and in stores on August 28, 2026.

The feature-rich 4.0 camera line offers an array of advancements designed to improve camera performance and efficiency. At the core, the REVEAL 4.0 Cellular Trail Camera lineup leverages an unprecedented new power-delivery system: REVEAL FlexPack™. Similar to battery systems found in modern power tools, the FlexPack™ system is completely interchangeable with 4.0 cameras, giving customers flexibility in adapting a power system for their needs. Offered in R5 (5000 mAH) ($59.99 MSRP) and R10 (10,000 mAH) ($99.99 MSRP) options, a FlexPack™ replaces up to 2,000 AA batteries, although AA battery trays can be used in each of the 4.0 cameras.

New to the REVEAL cellular trail cameras lineup, the Pro 4.0 and Pro 4.0 Solar cameras each feature dual image sensors that drastically improve image quality and efficiency. With two unique camera sensors able to operate in tandem, the 4.0 system eliminates the audible “click” heard in previous model cameras during nighttime images. The sensors are also able to instantly produce vivid nighttime images without the need for a low-light filter, which existing trail cameras use to create a visible image in low light. The result produces crystal clear images day or night, silent image capture, and highly efficient operation to reduce demand on the power system. The sensors can also produce instant video and imagery simultaneously.

After extensive field testing over the past year, REVEAL 4.0 cameras proved to double the battery life of previous REVEAL cameras and far outlast all competitor cameras. The efficiency and power innovations empower hunters to manage and monitor cameras remotely in the REVEAL Mobile App without the need to change batteries and disrupt wildlife.

REVEAL Vice President of Brand Marketing Gregg Farrell said the company continues to hold true to its customer-first mindset.

The efficiency of the new cameras is twofold: a better lithium battery and major upgrades to camera operation. The REVEAL engineering team cracked the code on battery life by making major upgrades to the camera line’s operating platform to give customers substantially longer battery life, whether running AA batteries or a FlexPack™.

The FlexPack™ is sold separately for the REVEAL Pro 4.0 and REVEAL X 4.0 cameras, which both come with AA battery trays. The all-in-one REVEAL Pro 4.0 Solar comes with the FlexPack™ R5 Power System and an integrated solar panel, which can also be detached and mounted independently for optimal camera and solar panel positioning.

Additionally, the new 4.0 camera line features a clever new control panel design to make in-field placement and operation more user-friendly. The covered panel is conveniently located on the side of the camera, providing a direct line of vision for the user when mounting a camera. The control panel is accessed via a locking cover, which also disengages the battery pack for a secure seal when closed and operational in the field.

REVEAL also released three additional accessories: the REVEAL Wind Sensor, REVEAL Solar Panel R5, and REVEAL Lockable Security Box.

The REVEAL Wind Sensor* ($59.99 MSRP) delivers real-time wind speed and direction data straight to the REVEAL app via Bluetooth, providing on-the-ground accuracy that weather apps can’t match. This compact, weatherproof sensor is designed to attach to the REVEAL T-post mount and relay on-the-ground data to the REVEAL Mobile App for hyper-accurate intel on wind behavior based on exposure, topography, water features and other factors that influence wind direction and speed.

“The Wind Sensor goes way beyond the zip code-specific data you get from weather apps,” Farrell explains. “With proper placement of the sensor and cameras, you can see exactly how the wind shifts in the REVEAL app and how those changes affect when and where deer enter or leave an area.”

The REVEAL Solar Panel R5 ($69.99 MSRP) boasts 30 percent faster charging than its predecessors and features a built-in 5,000mAh battery. When paired with a REVEAL 4.0 camera via barrel jack, this new system unlocks advanced insights for real-time data on battery level, charging status, voltage, and diagnostics. Compatible with a wide range of REVEAL cameras, the R5 offers more reliable power, smarter monitoring, and fewer trips to the field.

For added insurance against theft and vandalism, the REVEAL Lockable Security Box** ($29.99 MSRP) is constructed of heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel. The box’s design will not infringe on camera placement or angle, ensuring optimal camera coverage.
