Road Trip Angler Season 5 Takes Viewers on Fishing Adventures Across the U.S.

September 22, 2026 /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Heliconia is excited to share Season 5 of Road Trip Angler, which premiered July 5, 2026, and is now airing across multiple broadcast and streaming networks throughout North America. Hosted by passionate angler Jameson Redding, the new season features four action-packed episodes showcasing incredible fisheries, unforgettable road trips, and the local experts who make each destination unique.

Season 5 takes viewers from the legendary waters of the Great Lakes to Florida’s Forgotten Coast before wrapping up in the saltwater paradise of coastal Louisiana. Jameson begins the season exploring Lake Erie and Lake Michigan alongside local fishing guides and the team at Weldcraft Marine. From there, he heads to St. Marks, Florida, in pursuit of the region’s unique Suwannee Bass with friend Chris Funk. The adventure continues along the Florida Adventure Trail, where Jameson joins Jesse Laspeyre and Brooks Beatty for an expedition combining camping, paddling, and fishing. The season concludes in Pointe-aux-Chenes and Venice, Louisiana, with some of the Gulf Coast’s best inshore and offshore saltwater fishing.
