New collaboration marks Stio’s first resort uniform partnership

Taos Ski Valley, N.M. (August 27, 2026) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Taos Ski Valley today announced a new partnership with Stio, naming the mountain lifestyle brand as the resort’s Official Apparel Partner beginning in the Winter 2027 ski season. The collaboration brings together two mountain community-focused brands with a shared commitment to outdoor experiences and the places that make those possible.

Working alongside the Taos Ski Valley team, Stio drew on direct input to develop a purpose-built apparel collection designed specifically for the mountain and the people who work there. The resort uniforms will include a full assortment of apparel from outerwear and insulation to lifestyle products that are designed for use both on and off the mountain.

The initiative also includes the development of a specially designed vest for the Taos Ski Valley Ski Patrol. Led by input from Taos Ski Valley’s head of patrol, Stio designers took a close look at how patrollers use existing vests in the field, from accessing equipment and radio compartments to identifying opportunities for improvements, resulting in a fully tailored utility vest built around the patrol’s unique needs.
