Outdoor Brand Snow Peak Opens a Restaurant?

Snow Peak has been making high quality outdoor equipment, mostly kitchen related, in Japan for 60 years. And now, if you’re in the Portland area, you can use some of those items at Snow Peak’s new restaurant, Takibi (“bonfire” in Japanese). Not only that, they plan to open more restaurants in the U.S. in the coming years. Adventure Journal
