TRG Resorts Acquires Lake Monroe Village RV Campground in Bloomington, Indiana

Bloomington, Indiana – TRG Resorts is excited to announce the acquisition of Lake Monroe Village RV Campground, located in Bloomington, Indiana. This 183-site waterfront campground will join their growing portfolio of premier camping destinations. Lake Monroe Village RVC is TRG’s first deal in the midwest, increasing its footprint outside of the Southeast and adding its 11th campground to the portfolio.

Under the new ownership of TRG Resorts, guests old and new can expect the onboarding of a professional on-site management and maintenance team and a focus on campground events and activities. The campground will remain open during the ownership transition period, and guests can continue making reservations.

Early impact projects for the campground include increasing marketing and visibility for its short-term rentals, creating the 2023 event schedule to begin building the resident/guest experience and going live with its new website.
