National Land Realty Announces Aggressive New Commission Model to Pay Agents More

GREENVILLE, SC (March 31, 2026) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/National Land Realty is launching an exciting new commission structure effective April 1, 2026, offering agents and brokers the ability to choose from three distinct commission structures based on their individual goals.

Option 1 is an 80/20 split with tiered caps, with agents receiving the full 100% commission after surpassing defined sales milestones.

Options 2 and 3 offer flat 70/30 and 60/40 splits, respectively, with no tiers or caps and lower, providing newer or lower-volume agents a predictable, low-overhead entry point into the platform. All options include no non-compete contracts and come bundled with NLR’s full suite of in-house support, including marketing, technology, data tools, and back-office infrastructure that the company estimates would cost an independent agent over $5,000 per month to replicate on the open market.

Along with these new commission models, National Land Realty has announced its Ambassador Program to incentivize current members in their recruiting efforts and help them generate additional income. For each new recruit that signs with National Land Realty, the recruiting agent or broker will receive $5,000.
