Outdoor industry pros join TRAVOCA to drive nationwide sales

Milwaukee, WI (February 19, 2026) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ — TRAVOCA, an electric coolers and accessories brand built for overlanding, RVing, and car camping, is pleased to announce the addition of two proven outdoor industry professionals to its U.S. sales leadership team. Dave Hirst joins TRAVOCA as Western States Sales Director, and Kevin Kaiser steps in as Eastern States Sales Director.

Based in the Denver area, Hirst brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the TRAVOCA team, including sales leadership roles at Coleman and Exxel Outdoors. He most recently served as Vice President of Sales for a private-label manufacturer whose clients included Bass Pro Shops, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Academy Sports. Hirst’s background spans Fortune 50, privately held, and PE-backed companies, giving him a grounded view of how brands grow at every stage.

Kaiser has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience and is a co-founder of Grand Trunk, a well‑known purveyor of hammocks, shelters, and outdoor seating. He more recently founded Ezypath Consulting, where he provided go‑to‑market strategy and execution support to outdoor and lifestyle brands seeking to scale through wholesale, specialty retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. Kaiser is based in Chicago.
