Rumpl Appoints Outdoor Industry Veteran Phyllis Grove to Board of Directors

As a seasoned outdoor industry member, Grove brings a wealth of knowledge to the Rumpl board

PORTLAND, Ore. (September 8, 2025) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/– Rumpl, the category leader in premium outdoor blankets, announced the appointment of Phyllis Grove to its Board of Directors. Grove, a seasoned consumer brand leader with more than 25 years of experience across global marketing, direct-to-consumer and organizational growth, will support Rumpl as it accelerates brand expansion and deepens its influence in the outdoor market.

Grove has built a career marketing outdoor brands and influencing the industry. Her resume includes leadership roles at KEEN, Hydro Flask and Mountain Hardwear. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Helen of Troy’s Home & Outdoor division, overseeing the Hydro Flask, OXO and Osprey brands. She also brings extensive governance and industry leadership experience as a long-standing board member at the Outdoor Industry Association.
