2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo Draws More than 1,700 to Paris Las Vegas

Bob Been of Blue Compass RV elected 2026 RVDA Chairman of the Board

(Las Vegas, NV) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – The 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas wrapped up on Nov. 14 with its final workshop focused on fixed operations, presented by the RV Learning Center’s Tony Yerman. The event’s registered attendance was 1,715 dealers, exhibitors, and industry partners, a slight increase over the 2024 event.

“We’re deeply grateful to the many attendees who went the extra mile to join us in Las Vegas for the RVDA Convention/Expo, despite the week’s travel challenges,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “Dealers, exhibitors, speakers, and other industry partners showed up with tremendous energy and optimism about the opportunities to grow the RV business in the coming year.”

During the U.S. association’s annual meeting, Bob Been of Blue Compass RV in Fort Lauderdale, FL, was elected 2026 RVDA chairman of the board. RVDA presented its James B. Summers Award – the association’s highest honor – to Ron Shepherd of Camperland of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK. In addition, Craig Kirby of RVIA received the RVDA Titan Award.

Outgoing chairman Larry Troutt III of Topper’s RVs in Waller, TX, presented the RVDA Chairman’s Service Award to four industry veterans. The awards are presented annually by the outgoing chairman of the board to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions of time and effort to the association over an extended period. Honorees are chosen by the chairman. Those awarded were Karin Van Duyse of The Mike Molino RV Learning Center, Nathan Hart of Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales, LaDonna Meadows of Tacoma RV Center in Tacoma, WA, and, his father, Larry Troutt Jr. of Topper’s RVs in Waller, TX.

In addition to exhibitor-led Vendor Training +Plus sessions, the event featured educational workshops covering key aspects of dealer operations, including F&I, digital marketing, fixed operations, sales, dealer/general management, and AI issues.

The 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will be held the week of November 9-13, 2026, at Paris Las Vegas.
