Aleck Preps for Growth with Multiple Key New Hires

The company’s newest team members include Simon de Gruchy as head of finance and Eric Kiner as head of product, as well as Morgan Kaufer and Krystel Caballo bringing essential marketing expertise to the brand.
Simon de Gruchy brings global finance expertise to Aleck, having previously led successful financial strategy at the legal services companies Carey Olsen and Ogier. At Aleck, de Gruchy leads global finance operations as the company launches a new app that enables audio and communication for skiers and snowboarders, bringing more human connection and fun to the sport.

Eric Kiner joined Aleck in the spring of 2022, tasked with leading the design and development of Aleck’s hardware and app. Kiner came to Aleck with extensive product management experience in the audio field after working with Jabra, Ultimate Ears, and Monster, and his expertise in software and application development has proven to be a critical asset in helping Aleck become one of the leading audio and communication tech companies in the outdoor industry.
Aleck is also proud to announce the growth of their software development and marketing team. The marketing team is bolstered with valuable new hires Morgan Kaufer and Krystel Caballo, leading the digital marketing and social media strategy for the brand.
