Authentic Brands’ Purchase of Boardriders Officially Closes

Boardriders’ sale to Authentic Brands Group officially closed Friday in a deal that shifts ownership of some of the industry’s largest core surf and skate brands to a new parent.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, a report from Moody’s earlier this year pegged the purchase price at $1.25 billion. Shop Eat Surf
