Backcountry Journeys Launches New Trip Departures – Acadia National Park in Autumn

Workshops will take place in October 2023 and will provide opportunities to master landscape, seascape and fall foliage photography

Homer, Alaska /OUTDOOR PSORTSWIRE/ – Backcountry Journeys (BCJ) is announcing the launch of a new destination to their robust line up of photography tours and workshops with the announcement of the – Acadia National Park in Autumn trip, with two departure dates scheduled for October 8th – 12th, 2023 and October 13th – 17th 2023. These trips will start and end in Bangor, Maine and provide guests with the opportunity to capture amazing landscape, seascape, and fall foliage photography in Maine’s Acadia National Park.

Registration is limited to seven guests per trip with departure dates are expected to sell out quickly. Registration will open at 8AM mountain time on September 29th, 2022. Backcountry Journey trips are all inclusive and these trips will include four nights of lodging, most meals, transportation to and from all locations with expert guides and photography instruction. Grant Ordelheide is the Backcountry Journeys field guide, and professional photographer who will be leading the tour for BCJ. Grant has a degree in photography and is an awarding winning photographer having won top honors as the U.S. Landscape Photographer of the Year. He is published in National Geographic Traveler, Backpacker, Outside and Climbing magazines and many online journals. Grant has shared his eye, expertise, and contagious passion for photographing the outdoors and teaching photography to BCJ guests for the past year. “It’s a premier landscape location that blends fall colors and ocean scenes in a unique way.
