World’s Largest Sporting Goods Retailer Offers First Look at Sustainable, Affordable Gear for Spring/Summer 2021

SAN FRANCISCO (March 1, 2021) — Decathlon, the world’s largest sporting goods retailer, will host a live press event on March 9, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. PST. Attending media will meet design teams from Decathlon’s hiking, camping and backpacking brands, Quechua and Forclaz, and get a peek behind the scenes at the design process of new outdoor products for Spring and Summer, 2021. Innovations and sustainability initiatives to be presented include a first look at the latest iteration of the award-winning Two Second Easy Tent, an all-new eco-designed tent and other hero products from the French brand.

This exclusive, one-hour event will take place via live Zoom from Decathlon’s Mountain Design Center in the Mont Blanc Valley near Chamonix, France, and cover new product launches and sustainability commitments, plus a live Q&A.
