RV and outdoor product expert Dometic has entered into an agreement to acquire Italian company NDS Energy – an expert in mobile power solutions for the outdoor market. Headquartered in Pescara, Italy, NDS Energy provides mobile power solutions including solar power systems, chargers and inverters to dealers across the European market, including more than 200 in Italy.
