Dometic Acquires Valterra Products

Sweden’s Dometic has announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Valterra Products, a leading North American provider of service and aftermarket products primarily to the RV market.
The RV industry accounts for almost 90 percent of Valeterra’s sales, including service and aftermarket products, consumables and accessories. The company had sales of $94 million in 2020. RV-PRO
