iKamper Welcomes Two New Additions to their North American Team

Bolstering their marketing and ecommerce team with industry leaders

April 6, 2023 (Seattle, WA) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – iKamper, the PNW’s leading provider of rooftop tents and outdoor adventure gear, is thrilled to announce the expansion of their US Marketing and eCommerce team with two new hires; Erik Flink, Director of Marketing and eCommerce and Thomas Rousseve, Community Marketing Manager. The new additions come on the heels of the recent release of iKamper’s PNW Edition Skycamp and grand opening of their first brick-and-mortar store just outside of Seattle, WA.

Director of Marketing and eCommerce – Erik Flink

Bringing 22 years of experience spearheading integrated marketing initiatives in the outdoor industry, Erik has deep experience in the outdoor industry coming from working across the Cascade Designs portfolio of brands including Mountain Safety Research and Therm-a-Rest. As the Director of Marketing and eCommerce, Erik will deliver key insights and recommendations to optimize the performance of iKamper’s marketing department, marketing programs/campaigns, and assist the marketing department in driving growth and awareness of the larger iKamper brand.

Community Marketing Manager – Thomas Rousseve

Thomas brings over 8 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket space, having worked in marketing operations, content creation, new product introductions, social media, sponsorships, and events at Wheel Pros, 4 Wheel Parts, and Smittybilt. As the Community Marketing Manager, Thomas will continue to foster iKamper’s growing community through his extensive knowledge of the outdoor and automotive industries.

Collectively, the newest members of iKamper’s US team bring 30 years of outdoor industry experience to iKamper’s US division in Kent, WA. Outside of the office, Thomas and Erik are avid weekend warriors, overlanding, skiing, and hiking in their free time.
