In Solidarity Project Announces Women, Nature and Joy Summit

A gathering for women in the outdoor industry focused on connection, leadership, and joy

Grass Valley, CA (February 11, 2026) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/Under the leadership of Teresa Baker, In Solidarity Project is hosting the Women, Nature and Joy Summit, a three-day gathering designed to bring together women working, creating, and leading across the outdoor industry. The Summit will take place August 7–9, 2026, at the All Hands Ecology Martin Griffin Preserve in Stinson Beach, California.

The Women, Nature and Joy Summit is an immersive, small-group experience centered on community building, shared leadership, and time spent in nature. The Summit will host up to 65 participants from across the United States and is open to women who work in or are deeply connected to the outdoor industry.

The Summit will gather participants for collective experiences that emphasize relationship-building, outdoor time, and joyful engagement with nature. Details on programming and community activities will be shared as they become available.

Baker said, “We are gathering in remembrance of JOY and our connection to nature. In times of uncertainty, nature offers herself without restrictions, and without expectations. And that is the purpose of this gathering.”
