Julbo Eyewear Names Rick Randall as VP of US Sales

Burlington, VT (June 18, 2021) – Julbo Eyewear, the premium French eyewear brand based in Longchaumois France with its subsidiary based in the Green Mountains of Vermont, appoints Rick Randall as Vice President of US Sales. Randall was formerly National Sales Manager for Julbo and now moves into his new role to continue evolving US sales strategies, strengthen retail growth, promote and lead Julbo’s growth into new markets and categories.

“Rick has been a valuable addition to Julbo’s US team and has done an incredible job managing our sales strategies. He made sweeping changes to our sales department and showed a true commitment to the brand during incredibly challenging times,” said Julbo’s US CEO David Crothers. “Rick joined our team only two months before COVID hit our industry and brought Julbo’s business to a near standstill. He tirelessly worked to see Julbo succeed through the pandemic. We’re lucky to have him.”

Randall has been with Julbo for a year and a half and has created a sustainable sales strategy to bolster the brand’s retail business. He’s built valuable relationships that have grown into instrumental partnerships for the brand.

“This past year has brought many challenges as we all know, but it has also given our brand an opportunity to refine our strategies in the different sales channels we operate in. It’s been great to see the impact our changes have made during a time of many unknowns,” said Randall. “I’m excited to continue working with our team and lead the sales side and really grow the business now that things are starting to feel more normal in the world. We have a lot of new initiatives planned and I look forward to working towards our goals in my expanded role with Julbo.”

Prior to his time with Julbo, Randall was Rocky Mountain Bicycles factory sales rep for New England. He has over a decade of experience as an independent rep where he supported sales for many successful brands in the territory.
