Lazydays Sales, Revenue Rises in Q1; Report Delayed

The company is recalculating and auditing due to changes brought about by the Securities Exchange Commission issuing Special Purpose Acquisition Companies warrants. Revenues for the first quarter were $271 million, an increase of $80.1 million or 42% from the same period in 2020. Gross profit was $66 million, an increase of 23.4%. Revenues from the sale of RVs was $244.9 million, up $77.7 million or 46.5%. Total RV unit sales excluding wholesale units were 3,197, up 781 or 32.3% from 2020. Revenue from the sale of new RVs was $167.4 million, an increase of $65 million or 63.4%. RV Business
