Mind Body Tri Presented by Hyperice Announces Master Yoga Instructor and Trainer to Lead New Virtual Fitness Event

 October 1, 2020 – Organizers of the Mind Body Tri presented by Hyperice, a first-of-its-kind virtual event designed to exercise the body and calm the mind, today announced that master yoga instructor Kelli Harrington will lead participants through the yoga and meditation portions of its inaugural event on October 24, 2020.

Unlike a traditional triathlon, the three legs of the Mind Body Tri are a 45 minute live online yoga class, a 5K run (or walk), followed by a 15 minute guided meditation. Harrington has been a devoted yoga practitioner, leading yoga workshops for more than 20 years. Her background is in Vinyasa yoga and she is also trained in first and second series Budokon yoga. Harrington’s specialty is blending yoga and mobility. 

“I love to challenge my students to go beyond their comfort zone in a way that allows them to explore, heal, and strengthen their bodies and minds through the practice of yoga,” Kelli Harrington. “I’m honored and excited to lead participants of the Mind Body Tri, and to help them kick off their day in such a positive way.”
