New film follows a Wisconsin ultra runner’s quest on the Pacific Crest Trail

Ultra runner Timothy Olson set a world record when he ran 2,650 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2021. The Amherst, Wisconsin, native’s journey along the way was documented by a film crew. It took an average of 50 miles a day for 52 consecutive days. The “Mirage” film tour, which has made stops in major cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Seattle, will be coming to Neenah on May 17 for a special one night screening. FOX 11 News
