Oboz calls on everyone to profess their love for hiking with the Trails for Trees Challenge

You hike miles, Oboz plants trees!

Bozeman, Mont., (March 26, 2025) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ — During the month of April, Oboz will plant a tree for every completed hike over a mile long as part of the Trails for Trees Challenge. Along with the tree plantings, for each completed hike participants will receive chances to win weekly prizes from Oboz and challenge partners. The program is free to enter and open to participants anywhere in the world. Registration is open now at trailsfortrees.com.

The Trails for Tree Challenge is open to walkers, hikers, runners, and people using mobility assistive devices. After registering at trailsfortrees.com, participants must track their hikes on a GPS-enabled device such as a Garmin, Suunto, or Apple watch, or through a mobile phone using an app like Strava, MapMyFitness, or Sports Tracker.

For each completed hike, up to one a day of at least a mile long, participants will receive an entry to win weekly prizes from Trails for Trees Challenge partners Free Fly, Jason Markk, Rab, Smartwool, Thule, and Oboz Footwear. Additionally, for each completed hike they will receive a virtual badge in their Trails for Trees Challenge trophy case, signifying how many trees they helped plant.
