OCR World Championships and Hoo-rag Partner to Bring Athletes Superb Head and Face Protection From the Elements

Obstacle course racers know protection from the elements is an important part of any effective training and race-day kit, which is why Adventurey is excited to announce Hoo-rag as a partner of the 2021 Obstacle Course Racing World Championships. Hoo-rag’s innovative face and headwear are a ubiquitous sight on any OCR course, and the OCRWC is no exception.

The partnership marks the third year in a row that Hoo-rag and Adventurey have partnered together for a championship event. Thanks to the partnership, all competitors will receive a commemorative 2021 OCRWC Hoo-rag full face tubular bandana, free of charge with their race registration.

“You can always find OCR World Championship athletes with a Hoo-rag on their head or neck,” Adrian Bijanada, CEO & Founder of the OCRWC, said. “We’re excited to once again partner with Hoo-rag and bring their top-notch products to our athletes.”

“Hoo-rag continues to focus on how to help those headed for adventure,” Hoo-rag Relationship Manager Veronica Halverson said.“This focus brings change such as adding new fitness products in addition to moving toward a greener footprint. As we navigate this change, we are inspired by those on this journey with us – like the OCR World Championships and the athletes participating in the events. We’re excited to host some great contests, meet new Hooligans, and continue to encourage their chase for joy.”
