Outdoor Element Hires Three New North American Sales Agencies

Outdoor Element’s first new hire, Ferrand Associates, is owned and operated by Ray Ferrand, who brings over 40 years of experience covering the Mid-Atlantic region. Ray’s knowledge of hard and soft goods, paired with long-standing specialty retail relationships, will greatly benefit the brand. Outdoor Element will be in addition to his current lines, such as Eagles Nest Outfitters, Fjallraven, Nocs Provisions, and VSSL Gear.

Covering the Midwest to the Dakotas, Gerten Outdoors brings over 20 years of experience and a team of four sales reps led by Paul Gerten. With some of the most respected brands in their bag, like BioLite, Primus, NEMO Equipment, and Rab, Outdoor Element is honored to be represented by this team.

Coming from the Pacific Northwest, RecWare Northwest celebrates its 20th year as an independent sales agency with a strong background in action sports, cycling, and snowsport. With a team of four reps and household lines like Blackburn, Bell, and Giro, the Outdoor Element Team is thrilled to have them aboard in such a key territory.

Outdoor Element is still looking for high-quality independent sales reps for the following territories: New England, Florida, Texas through West South Central, California, Nevada, and Arizona.
