Founded by Mark Lefebvre, a Marine veteran and retired police officer, and Jeff Polke, co-founder of GCI Outdoor, PACKFIRE introduces its first product: a full-sized, flat-packing, smokeless fire pit engineered for portability and performance. KICKSTARTER AND BRAND LAUNCH TIMELINE:
PACKFIRE launched on Kickstarter on July 7th and that offer will run through August 5th, with first deliveries expected in early September. During the pre-launch phase, those interested in backing the campaign were able to secure a VIP discount with a $1 refundable payment, allowing access to a 25% discount throughout the duration of the campaign. For non-VIP backers, there will be tiered discounts available throughout the duration of the campaign, ranging from 25% off in the initial 5-day period and decreasing steadily to a final 10% discount.
Through a partnership with Nomadix, one reward tier also offers backers an original PACKFIRE-designed Festival Blanket and Original Towel ($110 value). After our Kickstarter project is completed, PACKFIRE will open omni-channel sales via our web site (www.PACKFIRE.com) and Amazon.
Following a successful debut at both GOA and Switchback trade shows, PACKFIRE is currently accepting dealer applications and will start shipping to qualified retail stores this Fall.
