Experts in Touring Skins To Support US Teams, Sponsor Upcoming World Cup

BOULDER, CO (October 13, 2025) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – POMOCA, the world’s leading manufacturer of ski touring skins, announced today that it will continue its partnership with the USA Ski Mountaineering Association (USA Skimo) through the 2025/26 winter season, and will provide the nation’s top Skimo team with POMOCA’s industry-leading racing skins.

POMOCA will also offer support to USA Skimo’s secondary and developmental teams as part of the deal, and all racers will have access to the company’s international line of celebrated products, typically only available in Europe. POMOCA has been a longtime supporter of USA Skimo, which sanctions and governs competitive ski mountaineering racing in the US and promotes and fosters recreational ski mountaineering through access, resources, education and community.

POMOCA is also a presenting sponsor for the upcoming Ski Mountaineering World Cup on Dec. 6-7 at Solitude Mountain Resort outside Salt Lake City, where the US Skimo team will compete for the chance to qualify for the sport’s Olympic debut at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics in February.
