Potentia Capital nabs booking software group NewBook

NewBook built a cloud-based software platform that helps accommodation providers handle bookings and manage their properties. The private equity investment comes after NewBook opened an office in California in 2019, which helped secure Equity Lifestyle Properties, one of the biggest operators of RV parks and campgrounds in the world, as a customer.
