RV resort worth $18 million coming to Jefferson County

A 207 acre RV resort worth $18 million, Forest Grove RV Resort is coming to Dandridge in the fall of 2022.

Forest Grove will have 500 spots for RV’s, 100 rental cabins, 4 bath houses, and an indoor café. There also are plans for a water park, a catch and release fishing pond, a 50’ x 80’ dog park, basketball and volleyball courts, and 3-mile nature walk around the resort all for $18 million. WBIR
