Sales Trends Improving at Rip Curl, Oboz Parent KMD Brands

Sales at Rip Curl, Oboz, and Kathmandu are improving after a successful holiday season and increased DTC sales, according to an update from parent company KMD Brands.
Overall sales at KMD increased by 1.7% year-over-year in November and December 2024 after decreasing by 6.7% year-over-year from August to October 2024. Sales at Rip Curl in November and December 2024 increased by 2.2% year-over-year, according to a news release. Sales declined by 6.7% year-over-year at the brand from August to October 2024. Sales at Oboz declined by 5.1% through the holiday period – an improvement from an 8.6% decline from August to October 2024.
