Designed to remove barriers to participation and foster real-world connection,Rally the Village activates local hosts to lead gatherings ranging from hikes, trail runs, and outdoor workouts to cold plunges, DJ dance parties, yoga classes, and community meetups. The initiative aims to make it easier for mothers to stay engaged in outdoor recreation while building community at the local level.

The concept was sparked by a recurring challenge voiced within the community: how to find connection after becoming a parent. Rather than addressing it through digital content alone, The Mothership Collective built a scalable, grassroots model that empowers women to host events in their own communities, supported by brand partners and a centralized platform.

“Women need more inspiration to pursue the hobbies that light them up, but more so, they need access and community,” said Julie Bacon, founder of The Mothership Collective. “Rally the Village is about lowering the barrier to entry and making it easy for women to show up, connect, and keep doing the things they love.”
