Thule Group Acquires Dog Harness Maker Curli AG

Thule Group has agreed to acquire Swiss-based curli AG, a leading maker of premium dog harnesses sold in about 60 countries, to expand its fast-growing dog transportation product line.

Curli reported 6.4 million CHF in revenue for 2025 with a 20% EBIT margin, and its products complement Thule’s offerings for safe dog transport in cars and on bikes.

The deal includes an initial payment of 10.1 million CHF (about 118 million SEK), plus up to 6.8 million CHF in earn-outs, and is set to close in Q2 2026 with no major impact on Thule’s overall earnings. SGB
