The Hood River-based brand’s new packs include the Day Pack 18L and the Tiny Cove 6L

HOOD RIVER, Ore. (July 7, 2025) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ — Alpine Sea Co., a Hood River-based brand known for bags and apparel that blend adventure and everyday utility, today announced the launch of its Summer 2025 collection, including two new designs: the Day Pack 18L and the Tiny Cove 6L.

Built for adaptability, the Day Pack 18L (MSRP $225) is lightweight, hydration compatible and easily stowable. It features a Fidlock roll-top closure for fast, secure access and dual ultra-stretch side pockets for bottles, layers or everyday essentials. A removable foam back panel doubles as a camp seat or pad and allows the pack to be fully flattened and packed for travel. With a streamlined silhouette and expandable storage—18 liters rolled, up to 23 liters unrolled—the Day Pack offers a low-profile design that flexes with your day.

The Day Pack 18L is available in three performance fabric options: Ultra Grid, Ecopack and Shadowlite.

The Summer 2025 release also includes the Tiny Cove 6L (MSRP $85), a compact evolution of Alpine Sea Co.’s popular Cove crossbody bag. Designed for days when you just need the essentials, the Tiny Cove is minimal, weather resistant and ultra-portable—ideal for travel, concerts, errands or quick outings.

Both bags are designed and handmade in Alpine Sea Co.’s studio across from its flagship store in downtown Hood River. By producing in small batches, the brand minimizes waste, avoids overproduction and supports the local community—continuing the Columbia Gorge’s legacy of thoughtful, durable craftsmanship.
