ArchiTec Launches the Long Awaited Endeavour Travel Jacket on Kickstarter

May 7, 2019

The Most Versatile Jacket on The Planet for TRAVEL, Outdoor Activities, and Every Day Wear.

San Francisco, CA (May 7, 2019)- ArchiTec Apparel, a premium men’s travel and adventure brand, focused on modern technical apparel, has released their Endeavour Travel Jacket on Kickstarter.  Designed and built upon Global Merino’s unique 270 gsm New Zealand merino wool with added core nylon ripstop, it is purpose built to transition across a wide range of activities and environments.

Today’s adventure travelers are challenged to find stylish apparel that can serve across a range of environments. They often have to over pack to have the right gear to transition through different activities, events, locations, and climates. Over packing leads to checked bags, baggage fees and travel delays. When you pack light, you can cover more terrain and see more. The Endeavor Travel Jacket solves all these problems. It’s modern classic design can serve the purpose of 3 jackets and carry everything you need, whether your trip is long or short.

Based on their 20 years of experience sourcing materials and designing comfortable durable apparel, they chose woven merino wool from New Zealand as it is the perfect travel fabric. Unlike synthetic fabrics, merino wool regulates temperature, wicks away moisture from skin, dries quickly, never holds in odor, which consequently reduces the amount of washing required.

The Endeavour is a modern take on the classic M65 field jacket silhouette- introduced into US military service in 1965. With a cutaway spread Collar that can be worn up or down and features a reflective band on the back for high visibility activities. Built with German made Prym s-spring snaps under a hidden placket creating durability with clean modern aesthetic. Feature rich, with 5 strategically placed pockets, the Endeavor is optimized for both travel and everyday carry.

Founder, Justin Seale explains, “The Endeavour Travel Jacket is perfect for traveling light and often. We use high-quality technical fabric which performs across many types of excursions and aims to balance function, style and experience. We aim to build cool stuff and less of it, so sustainability is embedded in everything we do. Our small-batch, limited-edition pieces are designed and warrantied for life, and we are also one of the few small brands that trace our materials back to the growers to ensure ethical practices.”
