ECCO EXOSTRIKE™ DYNEEMA Edition Lands at Select Retail Stores in Limited Release

Fast Hiking, Street Style Footwear with First-Ever DYNEEMA® Bonded Leather Launches at Concepts, BEYOND, and ECCO stores
Londonderry, NH (April 11th, 2018) – Bringing street style and modern, mountain utility together with sleek design and technical performance, ECCO’s new award-winning EXOSTRIKE™ DYNEEMA® edition will be available in a limited release this week. The exclusive version features DYNEEMA® bonded leather, an innovation developed with ECCO that puts the world’s strongest leather into a fast, fully-functional hiking boot. EXOSTRIKE™ DYNEEMA® will be offered only on ECCO.com, and at Concepts and Beyond retail stores in Boston and New York – three shops well-renowned for a premium offering of sneakers and footwear.

A cobranded, urban-styled EXOSTRIKE™ DYNEEMA® will only be available at Concepts and Beyond in June 2018, in black and white colorways, with each store featuring just 25 pair of each colorway.
The early release is only part of ECCO’s EXOSTRIKE collection, all new for Fall 2018. A fully waterproof Gore-Tex® and a water-repellent HYDROMAX® series will become available in a wider retail distribution this July. All EXOSTRIKE styles feature ECCO’s new midsole innovation, Phorene, a lighter weight Polyurethane that enhances all-day hiking performance with greater shock absorption and energy return while maintaining its comfort properties even in frigid temperatures.
To date this year, EXOSTRIKE has been honored with the ISPO Outdoor Gold award, the Scandinavian Outdoor Award for footwear and the Red Dot award for design.

ECCO EXOSTRIKE™ DYNEEMA® will be available April 11th, for $300. The waterproof Gore-Tex® and water-resistant Hydromax versions will be available this summer for $220 and $200 respectively.
