ECCO Outdoor Honored with German Design Award for Two Key 2021 Footwear Styles

ECCO Biom 2.0 trail shoe and Exowrap all-terrain sandal awarded for excellent product design

Londonderry, NH (September 1, 2020)  ECCO, the leading family-owned global footwear brand, has been recognized by the German Design Award for two key styles.  The BIOM 2.0 trail shoe and the EXOWRAP all-terrain sandal have been recognized in the category of Excellent Product Design and will debut in the US and globally in spring 2021.

The German Design Awards constitute the German Design Council’s premium international prizes and one of the world’s most renowned design competitions. Last year more than 5,400 projects from 63 countries were entered.
