Fall 2018, Gregory debuts Adventure Travel, Everyday Adventure Pack Lines for people with adventurous mindsets

January 18, 2018

New Outlier and Outbound offer stowable suspension that truly carries weight well, along with ActiveShield compartment to separate gear.

Salt Lake City, UT (Jan. 18, 2018) – Responsible for many firsts in the industry, Gregory Mountain Products has long set the standard for handling outdoor adventures with ease. For Fall 2018, Gregory continues to extend its well-known credentials into the travel and everyday adventure categories with products that bring next-level thinking and strong features to products built for people with all-around adventurous mindsets.

Adventure Travel with Gregory

In the active travel category, the Outlier and Outbound, Gregory’s new Adventure Travel Packs, leverage Gregory’s expertise in pack design to create travel batgs that have convertible suspension that truly works. They rely on Gregory’s 41-years of experience to create travel bags that have supportive, comfortable suspension that stows away. The Travel-Ready suspension features padded back panel, contoured shoulder harnesses, and wide, cargo-control hipbelts that provide real load support. Then, they tuck away into dedicated, zippered pockets for check in.

An ActiveShield compartment keeps dirty outerwear and sweaty gym gear from mingling with clean clothes. A separate shoe compartment keeps your trail shoes, or a backup pair of kicks, separate from your other cargo. The main compartment has a full-length U-zipper, making packing a cinch, and laptop and Gear Guard padding keeps electronic equipment safe. The men’s Outlier and women’s Outbound come in two sizes, 65L for extended travel and a carry-on friendly 45L for weekend getaways.

Adventure is an Everyday Mindset

In products built for day-to-day life, the Everyday Adventure Series pairs urban shelf appeal, business-inspired organization, and outdoor function into a do-it-all daypack. The men’s Diode and Anode, and the women’s Signal and Sigma, are daypacks that help you get to work in the morning, to yoga in the afternoon, and out for a day hike on the weekend.

Ventilated shoulder harness straps and backpanel padding keeps things comfortable and cool, literally. The women’s Signal and Sigma offer narrower shoulder harness and custom hip belt for a women’s specific fit. Internal and external pockets make it easy to stay organized – including a large, fully featured organization panel on the outside, a quick access pocket with soft-liner for sunglasses, and a floating compartment with bottom bumper for your laptop. Two size options ensure you’re covered for adventures big and small.

Redesigned Border Travel Pack

And if your everyday adventures take flight, the modern appeal and utility of the Border Series is ideal for commuters and travelers of every type. The redesigned packs blend super-clean aesthetics with travel-ready utility, giving them a timeless appeal with modern function. Improved internal organization starts with an independent laptop and tablet sleeve with padded protection, as well as the original quick access pocket for your boarding pass and phone, large zipper opening to stash snacks and magazines, and internal mesh divider (35L only) to keep life organized on the road. All new external features include an updated, sleek aesthetic, side stretch pocket for a water bottle, a wheeled luggage friendly backpanel pass-through, and cush new backpanel with a fitted, EVA foam shoulder harness for ultimate comfort.  All three pack sizes are carry-on friendly. The 25L and 35L also feature a checkpoint friendly clamshell design for the laptop and tablet compartment.

All three lines debut Fall 2018. For more information, visit www.GregoryPacks.com.
