Kitsbow Launches Experienced Apparel Store for Gear Needing a New Adventure

January 3, 2023

Old Fort, N.C. (Jan. 3, 2023) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/Kitsbow Cycling Apparel announces today a new retail store within Kitsbow’s existing online Direct-to-Consumer store: Kitsbow Experienced Apparel. The new online store enables Kitsbow customers to list and sell their Kitsbow gear, and thus provides the public a way to buy Kitsbow gear at a more affordable price point.

“Everyone at Kitsbow and all of our customers know that our gear lasts for years, designed with the best, most durable fabrics and constructed to survive all kinds of rough conditions,” explained David Billstrom, one of the leaders at employee-owned Kitsbow. “With the new Experienced Apparel store, now anyone can buy or sell our durable apparel to each other, which keeps the gear in service of adventure and enjoying the outdoors – and keeps it out of the landfill.”

The Experienced Apparel store is simple to use for both buyers and sellers, with sellers paying a 10% fee of the sales price for use of the service. Kitsbow is also providing sellers with an option to receive 110% of their sales price as store credit to use in the regular Kitsbow.com store.

While Kitsbow gear is already offered for sale by individuals on eBay, Poshmark, and others, the Experienced Apparel store is dedicated exclusively to Kitsbow gear, and thus an excellent choice for sellers seeking buyers who already know they want Kitsbow. The store is accessible directly at Kitsbow.treet.co or from within the regular Kitsbow.com store.

“We’re subsidizing the cost of operating the Experienced Apparel store because everyone on the Kitsbow team is absolutely committed to re-use, recycle, and the repair of apparel to keep it out of the landfill,” stated Billstrom.
