LOGE Camps Rounds Out Its Leadership Team for 2019

Adventure hospitality group LOGE Camps moves to reshape the industry, build a strong community with a stacked executive team

SEATTLE, Wash. ( March 5, 2019) LOGE Camps adds executive level talent and formalizes its executive team, which now includes a VP of Marketing, VP of Operations, VP of People, Chief of Staff, Director of Partnerships and Director of Development heading into the company’s third year. After finishing up a Series B funding round led by some of the most prolific names in the outdoor industry, founders Johannes Ariens and Cale Genenbacher were eager to expand the brand with an eclectic yet deliberate team at the helm. 

Kirsten Evers, LOGE’s sustained Vice President of Marketing, is a veteran to the outdoor industry and worked at Nuun Hydration as Senior Graphic Designer prior to joining the LOGE team. There she spearheaded the brand’s marketing, brand strategy and design using a user-centric approach. 

Another veteran to the outdoor industry,  Garret Van Swearingen works closely with Evers, serving as the brand’s new Director of Content and Partnerships. Van Swearingen is a filmmaker, photographer and producer whose most recent projects have involved capturing and creating stories for brands including Arc’Teryx, Red Bull and Kona Bikes. His film Intersection, a story about Micayla Gatto (professional mountain biker and member of the LOGE Athlete Team) and her relationship with art and mountain biking, was named “Best Film: Mountain Sports” Award Winner at the Banff Film Festival in 2017. 

The role of Vice President of Operations will be headed up by Mike Kasper. Kasper most recently served as a Director of Partner Operations and Training at MOD pizza, serving across multiple regions and stores. Kasper also spent some time on the operations management side of hotel business, handling food & beverage operations at The W in Los Angeles. 

Christie Voos, who has been with  LOGE since the early days and is transitioning into her new role as  the new Chief of Staff, also spent some time in the hospitality services and restaurant operations industry prior to LOGE. Voos previously led operations management at Matador Restaurants, an up-and-coming mexican tequila and eatery based out of Seattle. 

LOGE’s new Director of Development, Maggie Zygmontowicz, has also spent considerable time working in the  hospitality space. Having ample knowledge and experience in management of multi-store and regional construction projects from start to finish, Zygmontowicz oversaw location footprints for brands such as Modern Market and Mad Greens.

Lindsay Wolff Logsdon joins the team as LOGE’s Vice President of People.  Having previously worked with Fortune 100 companies as a Culture Design Consultant for Silicon Valley based  Liquid Agency, Wolff Logsdon brings with her a high level of experience in taking companies through significant periods of growth.
