The flagship model of the MTX series, the MTX Carbon Vario, is a trekking pole that makes no compromises. A 100% carbon shaft ensures maximum stiffness and, at just 225 grams, make for an ideal lightweight companion for demanding mountaineers on every ascent and descent. The length can be easily adjusted between 115 and 135cm thanks to the practical Quick Lock lever function. The MTX Carbon Vario can be folded quickly with a button release for easy and compact storage in the included storage bag. The MTX Carbon Vario is equipped with a long MT EVA grip that stands out with a soft, cushioned material in the central grip area and the grip extension. A molded-rubber ergonomic top also provides maximum comfort in variable terrain. The high-quality MT Pro strap can be quickly and easily adjusted to the desired position. The MT Basket 40 plates can also be exchanged for alpine baskets to make these fantastic trekking poles ready for winter use.

The brightly colored MTX Carbon Vario Lite is a true eye-catcher in the mountains. The shorter, 220-gram lightweight counterpart of the MTX Carbon Vario is equipped with the same features but offers an adjustability range of 105 to 125cm. Thanks to this shortened length, it is an optimal companion for shorter mountaineers.

The MT series features eleven extendable models, offering something for everyone. Most of the line is equipped with a Quick-Lock closure, while four models feature a rotating Twist-Lock system. The premium models are made from a carbon-aluminum mix, while the standard models are constructed from 100% aluminum.

The lightweight 248-gram telescopic pole can be adjusted in length from 110 to 145cm. These poles are made from a mix of carbon and aluminum, providing the optimal ratio of lightness and stability. The long MT EVA grip provides a comfortable grip on all terrain. The high-quality MT Pro strap is easily adjustable, and, by replacing the MT Basket 40 tips with alpine pole tips, these trekking poles can also be used in winter conditions.

The shorter, lighter counterpart to the MT Calu Dark is the MT Calu Lite. Equipped with the same features, it weighs only 229 grams at a length adjustability of 90-125cm.
