Josh Simpson is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the outdoor industry. Most recently, Simpson was the General Manager of Snow Peak’s Campfield, overseeing the successful launch and first season of the celebrated campground concept. Previously, Simpson played a crucial role in the growth and expansion of Sea to Summit, leading operations across the Americas through two acquisitions and achieving double-digit growth during his tenure from 2008-2023. And like most Rumpl employees and customers, Simpson is an avid surfer and mountain biker, and personally understands the transformative power of the outdoors.
