Since 1979: Mountainsmith Set to Showcase 40th Anniversary Collection at Summer Outdoor Retailer

Golden, CO – Mountainsmith – craftsmen of iconic backcountry equipment and outdoor recreational gear – celebrates being ‘Forged for Forty’ in 2019 with restorations of their most iconic packs – the Bugaboo and Tour Classic. Originally designed by legendary outdoorsman and Mountainsmith founder Patrick Smith, these heritage packs pay homage to the history and experiences that have made Mountainsmith pioneers of the outdoor industry. These products will debut at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market this month in Denver, CO (Booth #: 44080-UL) and hit retailers nationwide in January 2019 to coincide with Mountainsmith’s 40th Anniversary.

We combed the archives, reviewed old workbooks, took feedback from our followers, and are now excited to reintroduce the Bugaboo and Tour Classic.
