September 12, 2017

September 12, 2017 – Roanoke, VA – The outdoors should be a place of inclusivity, and Trailfoody is committed to getting people outside and enjoying the activities they love no matter their dietary needs. Monthly trailfood service, Trailfoody, has expanded its offerings to include options for those dealing with dietary restrictions such as gluten intolerance and vegetarian diets. For those picky little explorers, Trailfoody is also offering a Family Pack, with kid-tested favorites for snack time on the trail.

Deciding which high-quality, nutrient-dense foods to bring on an adventure can be a barrier for many outdoor enthusiasts. The challenge becomes even greater when specific dietary restrictions come into play. With Trailfoody’s expanded offerings, those dietary hurdles are eliminated. All of Trailfoody’s unique and wholesome monthly offerings are available now in the vegetarian and gluten-free versions at no additional cost.

Trailfoody’s Family Pack includes two adult packs and one child pack for $36.95 per month. Additional child packs can be added for $6 per month. These packs fuel one outing per month, and are a no-brainer for families on-the-go with a handy, reusable stuff sack filled with unique snacks delivered to their doorstep.

Founder of Trailfoody, Blair Garland, says “Finding the right food that works for outdoor adventures is tricky enough, and it’s even more so for people with gluten-free or vegetarian diets. With Trailfoody, it’s now super easy–you just grab your Trailfoody bag and go.”

Trailfoody services come in four other levels depending on outdoor prowess: One-Time Trial, The Wanderer (1-2 outings), The Deuce (1-2 outings for 2 people), The Pathfinder (3 outings) and The Intrepid (4 outings). There is also a “gift” option to surprise the hard-to-shop-for outdoorsy friend or adventurous mom with the ultimate trail present.
