Travel Supplemented: Matador Introduces Durable and Waterproof Pill Canister

March 8, 2022

BOULDER, Colo. (Mar. 8, 2022)/OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Matador Travel Equipment, the award-winning producer of high-performance travel equipment, today introduced its new Waterproof Pill Canister, an ultralight and durable case engineered to keep pills and supplements dry and organized during travel. The food-safe and dishwasher-safe design offers an airtight and waterproof method of transporting a week’s worth of supplements and medications.

“Traveling with pills can be a pain – plastic cases are heavy, clunky and fragile, and the last thing you want is for your medications to get waterlogged or mixed up while traveling,” said Chris Clearman, founder and CEO of Matador. “Our Waterproof Pill Canister solves that – offering a secure and durable design that meets the demands of travel and adventure.”

The Waterproof Pill Canister is made with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) insert that slides into an anodized aluminum shell, creating an airtight seal with IPX4-rated waterproofing. The canister features seven numbered compartments to separate daily medications, and is end-capped with an HDPE pull tab and a paracord loop for easy opening or hanging. The Waterproof Pill Canister joins Matador’s line of Waterproof Travel Canisters, offering ultralight and durable casings for small items and medications during transit.

“We’re constantly looking for new ways to make travel easier, lighter and more convenient,” continued Clearman. “The Waterproof Pill Canisters are our latest evolution for streamlining your future pursuits.”

The Waterproof Pill Canister (MSRP: $19.99) are available now at select retailers and online at http://www.matadorup.com/.
