WORK WEEK Returns to Utah with Seven Marathons, Across Seven Different Sporting Disciplines, over Seven Days
April 22, 2026

UTAH, USA (April 2026) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – From April 6–12, 2026, WORK WEEK, a first-of-its-kind endurance challenge, took place across the deserts and mountains of Utah. Over seven consecutive days, a group of athletes from around the world successfully completed seven marathon-distance efforts across seven different disciplines: skiing, cycling, kayaking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, hiking, and running, covering 330 miles over 60 hours.
Set against Utah’s dramatic and diverse landscape, WORK WEEK pushed athletes through a new environment and physical test each day, demanding endurance, resilience, and constant adaptation. Participants traveled from across the United States, Europe, and Asia to take part, and every athlete (including four women) successfully completed the full challenge. While not professional athletes, they represented a global community of individuals balancing careers, families, and training in pursuit of something greater.
We documented the journey on our instagram channel, capturing stunning content, athlete interviews, and behind-the-scenes insights: https://www.instagram.com/_work_week
“WORK WEEK believes in the transformative power of fitness and outdoor adventure to create personal and global change. To us, putting in sustained effort and hard work builds resilience to overcome obstacles, inspire bigger dreams, and unlock potential in all aspects of life.”

Beyond the physical feat, WORK WEEK is driven by a meaningful charitable mission. Building on the success of its inaugural year, which raised more than $100,000, the 2026 event continued its focus on “Body and Mind.” In partnership with The St James’s Place Foundation, funds raised supported organizations including Panathlon, which provides sporting opportunities for young people with disabilities and special needs, and CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), a leading suicide prevention charity. These causes reflected the deeply personal motivations of participants and the event’s belief that hard work can drive both personal and collective transformation.
