Forsake Partners with Fellow Outdoor and Travel Brands to Give Away a 10-day Eco-Adventure to Sabah Borneo

Boston, MA – February 16, 2018 – Forsake, creators of footwear that blends comfort, performance and style through functional design and practical technology, is thrilled to partner with the Sabah Tourism Board and Sticky Rice Travel, to give away a 10-day eco-trip for two to Sabah, Borneo.

Sticky Rice Travel is a boutique travel agency based in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia that focuses on responsible travel and aims to create meaningful adventures in Sabah, Borneo.

Forsake will host the giveaway for one individual and companion of their choice to win the 10-day eco-adventure, roundtrip airfare to Sabah (up to $1,600), and a $1,000 gear package that includes footwear from Forsake, travel packs from Gregory Packs, apparel from prAna, and hydration bottles from Hydro Flask.  Adventure-seekers may enter online for free to win at https://forsake.com/borneo-giveaway, February 16, 2018 through March 12, 2018 at 12pm EST. Winners must be U.S. Residents and at least 18 years old.  Winner will be selected at random and notified by email on March 15, 2018.

The trip includes visits to some of the richest conservation sites in the world. The winning adventure traveler and his/her companion will develop connections to natural treasures, supporting an outdoor sustainability message that is integral to the brands supporting this giveaway.

On their trip, they will observe endangered wildlife in the Kinabatangan Floodplains, spend three days in the Danum Valley rainforest, one of the oldest primary rainforests remaining in the world, visit forestry sites dedicated to preserving and recovering valuable wildlife habitats, and hike Mount Kinabalu, the tallest mountain in Malaysia.
