Sea to Summit Welcomes Adventure Photographer Daygin Prescott as Newest Brand Ambassador

March 7, 2024

Perth, Western Australia (March, 7 2024) /OUTDOOR SPORTSWIRE/ – Sea to Summit, the award-winning global manufacturer of adventure equipment, proudly announces the appointment of emerging Australia-based photographer, climber and adventurer, Daygin Prescott, as their newest global brand ambassador.

This collaboration marks an exciting milestone for both Sea to Summit and Daygin, bringing together innovation, creativity, and a mutual passion for the outdoors.

Known for his breathtaking captures in the world’s most challenging vertical and coastal environments, Daygin embodies the spirit of adventure and creative exploration. His commitment to pushing boundaries seamlessly aligns with Sea to Summit’s dedication to crafting high-performance outdoor gear for the most demanding environments.

As a brand ambassador, Daygin aims to establish a more personal connection with his audience. He also intends to leverage Sea to Summit’s support to further develop his mountain skills, particularly in winter environments like skiing and ice climbing.

Expressing his enthusiasm for joining the brand, Daygin states, “Sea to Summit has a forward-thinking and progressive approach to crafting their gear, maximizing all the attributes I seek in my outdoor equipment. Being supported by a brand that aligns with these values is essential for advancing my career as both an outdoorsman and creative.”

Daygin’s captivating imagery has been featured in a range of impressive outlets and mediums. His work will be featured in Sea to Summit’s new global product campaign, “Own Your Journey,” launching later this month. Partnering with The North Face earlier this year, Daygin played a pivotal role in producing a backcountry ski film in the Australian Alps, Steep Reflections (2023). The film not only showcased Daygin’s versatile skills, but also raised an impressive $14,500 for Protect Our Winters (POW) Australia, representing the largest injection of funds POW Australia has received, and underscoring Daygin’s commitment to crucial environmental causes.

“We’re very excited to welcome Daygin to the Sea to Summit family,” states Ryan Andrist, Brand Marketing Director at Sea to Summit North America. “He truly breathes what our brand represents, both historically, and in what we’re working towards in the future. Aligning with someone who will be part of our journey while continuing to inspire others through ambitious accomplishments and imagery opens so many doors for both Sea to Summit and Daygin. We’re looking forward to the adventurous collaborations ahead.”
